CANCELLATION POLICY
New Policy To ensure a smooth booking process and respect everyone’s time, please review the following updated policies: Booking: To secure your appointment, both your deposit and client form must be completed. Appointments without both will not be considered fully booked and may be canceled. If your appointment is canceled for this reason, you’ll need to reach out again to reschedule. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, and your deposit will transfer to your new date. If you need to reschedule more than once, a rescheduling fee will apply. Please note: if I need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, this does not count as your reschedule, and your deposit will remain secured. Cancellations: • Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • Canceling the day of your appointment will result in being charged the full service amount. Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly, as this ensures I can stay on schedule and provide the best experience for every client.
